CONVENIENCE STORE MANAGER
MANAGER DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily Supervision of C-store staff, including resource planning, hiring, orientation, performance review, scheduling, training.
- Maintain store appearance and maintenance. Directing store marketing activities while performing proper merchandising.
- Establishing and communication store goals and results to employees, staffing the store and delegating the workload, actively supporting employee growth, and upholding Cooperative policies.
- Responsible for maintaining customer coverage at all times.
- Establish store goals with assistance of Operations or General Manager.
- Conduct store planning, updating and reporting meeting.
- Uphold all Cooperative policies and ensure that store facilities and equipment meet all federal, state, and OSHA regulations.
- Ensuring profitability and sales by establishing and achieving the store’s goals. *
- nventory management & manage labor costs.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well in a team, as a team member and leader
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Willingness to learn new software applications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in supervising a C-store or life business
- Knowledge of the area market
- Experience with staffing, strategic planning and inventory management
- Degree in business, merchandising or related field or 1 year plus supervisory experience
SALARY RANGE
- $45,000 and up Depending on Experience

CONVENIENCE STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER
ASSISTANT MANAGER DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

CONVENIENCE STORE FOOD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
FOOD SERVICE DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prep food according to Enerbase guidelines while maintaining a high-quality finished product.
- Kitchen duties also include cleaning and maintaining a safe and organized clean area.
- May include sweeping, washing, mopping, hauling garbage.
- Managing food inventory by storing, organizing and retrieving food as necessary.
- May need to run a cash register

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Serv-Safe certified
