Haaland Estates Basic Care and Assisted Living is part of the Heart of America Medical Center, located in Rugby, North Dakota. Haaland Estates Assisted Living is a 37-unit community serving seniors age 65 and older who are able to live independently with minimal assistance. The Basic Care unit is licensed for up to 49 residents and is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Description
The Director of Nursing is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the nursing unit and providing leadership, management, and oversight of residents’ health needs. This role includes coaching and supporting nursing staff, collaborating closely with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes. The Director of Nursing assists residents and families throughout the admission and discharge process, ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintains appropriate staffing coverage. This position actively promotes and delivers exceptional nursing care and high-quality service.

This role is more than managing a lab. It’s about supporting a dedicated team, ensuring quality and accuracy, and playing a vital role in patient care every single day.
Description
The lab supervisor is responsible for the technical, and scientific oversight of the laboratory. The lab supervisor is not required to be on site at all times testing is performed; however, must be available to the laboratory on an "as needed" basis to provide consultation.
