ACUTE care RN-rugby

WAGE:

Starting at $31 per hour or more Depending on Experience


WORK SCHEDULE:

12 Hour Shifts


INCENTIVES:

DUTIES:

Participates in each phase of the nursing process in caring for patients in the Acute Nursing Department. Responsible for organizing and providing direct care to the patients assigned to his/her care. Responsible for educating patients and the public about various health conditions and providing advice and emotional support to patients and their families.


SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program with current ND licensure. 
  • BLS certification required.
  • Must be able to lift approximately 50 pounds. 
  • If required to use a hospital vehicle, employee must maintain a valid North Dakota driver’s license and maintain insurability with GSHA’s insurance carrier.


radiologic technologist-rugby

WAGE RANGE:

Starting at $28 per hour and more depending on experience.


WORK SCHEDULE:

Flexible Scheduling

DESCRIPTION:

Perform exams in the Radiology Department, as ordered by the attending physician. This may include X-rays, CT, and/or EKG exams.  Technologist must also alternate night and weekend call with other technologists unless other arrangements have been made. 


SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Trained to be proficient in X-Ray, CT, and EKG 
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiology School. 
  • Must be registered as a current member of the ARRT, or registry eligible.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient service skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.



occupational therapist, rugby

WAGE RANGE:

Starting at $31 per hour or more Depending on Experience


WORK SCHEDULE:

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

Responsible for the coordination and supervision of patient evaluations and treatments.  Provides services to contract facilities.  Assist in establishment and enforcement of the policies and procedures for OT department.  Supervises departmental staff and affiliating students. 


REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Occupational Therapy, and licensed in the state of ND and maintain continuing education requirements of at least 20 contact hours within the 24 months prior to the renewal of licensure.
  • Licensed with NBCOT. 
  • Must have completed at least six months of field work. 
  • Mature, caring, organized individual with demonstrable management skills.
  • Must possess a valid ND driver’s license and must maintain insurability with the facility insurance carrier. 


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Rehab space is a 3,000 square foot wellness center that is also open to the public 24/7 for person fitness.

  • Support small acute care that currently maintains under 8 patients and a LTC that is around 20 patients.
  • No set productivity standards and willing to work with new grads to gradually increase caseload.
  • Open 7am to 5pm. Ability to work 5, 8-hour days but offer 4, 10s.
  • Rotating weekends-averages of 5 Saturdays a year to see the current inpatients.


HAMC provides therapy outreach services to clients in private homes, schools, correctional centers, rural clinics, nursing homes, workplaces and more.
