The North Dakota State Fair is seeking a full-time employee to fill an Office Assistant position. This Office Assistant position requires a detail-oriented individual who can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional duties may apply. Ag or Livestock background is a plus.
Work Ethic: Must be trustworthy, dependable, and respectful, committed to excellent customer service. Follow policies and procedures and take responsibility.
Description of Duties:
- Perform Office Duties
- Customer Service
- Keep Databases Updated
- Office Errands
- General Office Upkeep
- Special Projects when needed
- Additional duties may apply

- Setting buildings for events
- Managing winter storage
- Cleaning and Maintenance
- Mowing lawn or moving snow
- Keeping the North Dakota State Fair Grounds clean and maintained.

Hours: Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with additional hours in July
